If you can’t keep your hands off those fatty, salty, sugary foods? Whether you're watching your waistline, living with diabetes, or simply want to be your best, try these tips.
Keep fruit on the kitchen table
Over the years I have learned a few things that make healthy eating if you see healthy stuff if our eye see healthy stuff on our kitchen table e.g. fruit on the table.
Healthy Soup
This is good idea to eat healthy soup if we keep this in cupboard.
Grain bread in fridge
Keep whole grain bread and natural peanut butter in fridge.
Grow your own garden food
If possible you can grow your own kitchen garden. This way you have good chance to eat healthy and organic food. This way you will improve your the health quotient of your meals.
Healthy lunch
Avoid buying junk food in office. Bring your own homemade healthy food.
Keep healthy food handy
It seems simple, but many readers said that keeping good food handy – and not having junk around – makes all the difference.
Make homemade stuff

When I do my grocery shopping I just DO NOT buy high calorie junk food, therefore if you don't have it in your cupboards you can't eat it
