How to transform your Skin look like actresses?

Skin look like actresses 2013-14

This is not easy but we all can do this very slowly and steadily. Beauty starts from within. When you like yourself, exude confidence and smile a lot, your attractiveness skyrockets. But it's not only your attitude that makes you beam with beauty. How you lead your life also impacts your looks. For example, what you eat, how much you sleep and the amount of tension you carry can directly affect the radiance of your complexion. If your appearance—and health—could use a boost, consider tweaking your lifestyle.
Here are several things to adopt into your routine to improve your skin look like actresses.

1. Drink plenty of water

Your body is made of about 70 percent water and every cell and organ in your body needs the fluid to function optimally. Lack of H20 can lead to less elasticity in your skin and cause it to be dry and flaky. "As well, a lot of people-even those in their 20s-will start to have dehydration lines,"explains Ma. "These are very fine lines, not to be mistaken with deep wrinkles or expression lines."

How to do this

For plumper, clearer and dewier skin, simply drink more water. For how much to have, expert recommends following this formula: Your weight in pounds divided by 70.4 = liters of water you need daily. Keep in mind that if you're sweating or drinking coffee or alcohol-all of which are dehydrating-you may need to consume extra water to stay hydrated.

2. Eat healthy fats.

Essential fatty acids (EFAs) are fats your body can't make and, therefore, must be consumed through your diet. Essential fats help to lubricate the skin from the inside out, and are great for giving you glowing, beautiful skin. Without enough of them in your daily diet, your skin will be dull and dry (the same applies to your hair).

How to do this

Glowing skin will be yours when you consume enough of the right fats. To ensure you get plenty of omega-3- and omega-6 EFAs, expert recommends that you incorporate healthy fats at every meal. For example, have a few nuts such as walnuts with breakfast, eat half an avocado with lunch and drizzle a tablespoon of flaxseed oil over your salad or steamed veggies at dinner.

3. Get beauty sleep

Experts believe that lack of sleep can make your skin dehydrated. And when your body is dehydrated, it desperately holds onto the water it has. The result: You're bloated and puffy. (Think of the puffiness you get under your eyes after a bad night's rest.) Poor shut-eye may also result in dark under-eye bags and contribute to premature aging of the skin.

How to do this

To look more rested and preserve the youthfulness of your skin, aim to get about eight hours of sleep a night. If you have trouble sleeping soundly, here are a few things to try: Go to bed at the same time every night, avoid caffeinated beverages in the evening and ensure your bedroom is noise- and light-free.

5. Eat more antioxidants

Free radicals are nasty little compounds (some naturally reside in your body, but levels are increased when you take in smoke and alcohol or are exposed to toxins in the air) that damage your cells and tissues, including those in your skin. Antioxidants—nutrients including vitamins C and E, selenium and flavonoids—come to the rescue, helping to thwart their harmful effects. "Antioxidants prevent premature aging and wrinkling of the skin. Therefore, the less antioxidant you have in your body, the greater the chance you'll age before your time.

How to do this

To keep wrinkles at bay, eat antioxidant-rich foods, such as dark green vegetables, berries, tomatoes and citrus fruit, every day. Experts recommends adding some berries to your morning yogurt, tossing kale into a pasta dish or sprinkling a handful of currants on your salad. And for a pick-me-up, have antioxidant-loaded green tea instead of dehydrating coffee.
Celebrities can afford to have top estheticians and dermatologists tending to their skin. Anyone with the right skin care routine can have a beautiful complexion. You have to remember that any makeup is only going to look as good as your skin does. Makeup on top of skin that isn't cared for correctly is going to fall into pores, lines, and build up on dry skin.
Get your skin in peak condition by using the right cleanser for your skin type. Cleanse twice a day. Moisturizer containing an SPF for day will help protect your skin for the future. To get rid of dead skin cells and maintain a clearer, brighter complexion, you need to exfoliate. This will help you prep your skin for your makeup. Exfoliate no more than three times a week because any more than that just strips away your skin.

6. Stop smoking.

According to experts, puffing on cigarettes causes premature aging. And the longer you smoke the more wrinkles you're bound to have. The Mayo Clinic also reports that, in part, smoking makes you look older faster because the chemicals in cigarettes damage the elastin and collagen (they keep your skin strong and firm) in your skin.
What to do: To stop your wrinkles from getting worse, give up cigarettes. It's a hard habit to break, but it is possible to butt out. For cessation tips, read How to successfully quit smoking.

7. Sexy complexion
If you want a fresh looking complexion like actress and former beauty queen, you can make your own lemon wash with the juice of fresh lemons, hot water, and honey. Combine 2 to 3 lemons and 2 to 3 tablespoons of honey with the hot water and use as a rinse. Not only is it a great cleanser for oily skin but the juice of the lemon also helps cuts the natural oils on the skin. For skin that is not too oily you can add more water to dilute the lemons.

8. Lips Sexy look

One of her secret to maintaining your presence in a group is applying a dab of peppermint extract to lips. The peppermint gives her that sultry pout due to its ability to increase blood flow to the lips.

9. White pearly Teeth
To make your teeth pearly whites is using a fruit that most of us already have in our kitchen. Not only are strawberries good for you to eat, but they make an excellent natural teeth whitener After brushing teeth as usual make a puree of 3 to 6 strawberries then swab the mixture to teeth with cotton. After leaving it on for about 5 to 10 minutes and then rinse it off with water. Apparently, there is something about strawberries that makes teeth white and it will likely to fresh your breath too.

10. Gorgeous smile and flawless complexion
One of her beauty secrets to keeping her skin looking that way is exfoliating with sugar. You can make your own scrub by mixing two teaspoons of sugar with her favorite cleanser. Other ingredients that can also be used to exfoliate are salt, oatmeal, and baking soda. These are all abrasive enough for gentle exfoliating to help keep your skin glowing.

11. Complexion that glows
One secret to having a complexion that glows like actress is to maintain a healthy diet and drink plenty of water. You can use enough zinc, vitamin C, and flaxseed oil in food form instead of in supplements to get the most benefits. All these combined work together to help heal your skin and reduce inflammation on your skin such as the red spots from acne.
