Should we use or not to use Quick Trim Diet Pill for our Weight loss?

After getting response from my blog readers with regards to SENSA system for our weight loss. I will review another popular weight loss system which is called Quick Trim.

History of Quick Trim

In January 2012, Kim Kardashian was interviewed by OK! Magazine and stated that she’d rapidly lost 15 pounds through the use of the Quick trim diet system, in a span of only a few weeks. Quick Trim is a line of weight loss products recently popularized by the Kardashian sisters. But what sets this system apart once you get past the celebrity endorsement? Quick Trim products include a supplement shake, a cleanse product, and cellulite reducing gel and at least two herbal supplements. Dieters who sign up for the full Quick Trim regimen are directed to use all of the products in the line to see weight loss. They are also available individually from many major retailers. Quick Trim offers multiple plans to choose from that involve different medications and claim to deliver different results
What is Quick Trim?
Quick Trim offers a full range of different types of products, including everything from powdered drink mixes to diet pills, which, according to the manufacturer, are meant to “detoxify and clean” the body by using laxatives to flush out excess bloating and water retention. The products are easily available online, as well as at over 25,000 chain store locations.
What is in Quick Trim?
The herbal supplements seem to include many stimulant ingredients, such as white willow, black pepper, green tea extract and caffeine. The cleanse product contains several diuretics, some of which (Juniper berry, uva ursi) may be linked to liver damage.

How does Quick Trim work?
Each product is unique to the Quick Trim line.
Burn & Cleanse uses a thermogenic formula to stimulate metabolism and calorie burning, and a cleansing pill to clean and detoxify the body, plus flush out excess water (diuretic). It supplies a complete diet and exercise manual.
Extreme Burn is a thermogenic product designed to stimulate your metabolism and burn calories. It also contains ingredients that curb appetite and help control blood sugar levels.
Fast Cleanse detoxifies your body and removes toxic build up and waste products that are part of the normal digestion processes. Fast Cleanse flushes these end products out of your system and helps to rejuvenate and revitalize your body.
Fast-Shake is used as a meal replacement or healthy snack to help satisfy your hunger, providing vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. It also promotes energy levels, which may be lacking while dieting.

Sugar & Carb Cheater is used in conjunction with dieters meal plan that want to occasionally indulge in sugary or starchy foods, otherwise “off-limits”.

Hot Stix is mixed with water to provide essential antioxidants that provide an energizing boost. Not only does it enhance metabolism, but it also contains collagen beauty factors to support hair, skin and nail health.
Celluslim is a topical that is applied to the body to help reduce the appearance of cellulite and that unsightly “orange peel” skin.

Quick Trim Features

Beyond the branding and massive marketing budget, it is difficult to see what sets Quick Tirm apart from many other supplement facts. The partial ingredient lists that we could find make it sound nearly identical to the many other caffeine-based supplements currently on the market. Some dieters may enjoy the novelty of choosing between shakes, gels and pills, but others will find that having to make use of so many different products becomes confusing and expensive.
Quick Trim Pros
•Products are promoted by a recognizable celebrity.
•Products are available at major drugstore chains, such as GNC.
Quick Trim Cons
•Using multi-product Quick Trim kits can get expensive quickly.
•The supplement products seem to contain heavy doses of caffeine.
•No free trial currently available from manufacturer.
•May cause constipation.
•No Clinical trial results found.
More studies result
In 2011, the Journal of Family Practice published the results of a study that analyzed 20 case studies that have been reported within the previous ten years, and which showed that colon cleansing can lead to side effects that are as mild as some abdominal cramping or as severe as renal (kidney) failure. The authors of the study said that these types of products “tout benefits that don’t exist”.
Medical experts say that products such as Quick Trim provide the illusion of weight loss by giving a temporary reduction in water weight or even a small amount of fat, but that it will all be gained back again when normal eating behaviors are resumed.
The ingredients in Quick Trim products contain relatively powerful diuretics, stimulants, and laxatives. Even if you’re still interested in giving them a try, despite the evidence against them and the lawsuit faced by the Kardashians who have endorsed them, it is highly recommended that you speak with your doctor, first.
Overall we can conclude that beyond the hype of Kardashian sister, product does not as good result as other products shows.
Experts advise there are better ways to lose weight and be healthy. Eat a balanced diet, exercise regularly, get six to eight hours of sleep and see a doctor regularly.
